My name is Cinzia Romanin. I am a Belgian-Italian artist of 31 years old living in France. Aware of the importance of encouraging representations in a society increasingly governed by Anthropocene images, I decided, after graduating with a Master’s degree in architecture at La Cambre Horta (Brussels) and working for its research department, to pursue further studies with a Master’s degree in photography at the IUAV university of Venice. Since I regularly collaborate with schools, researchers and associations using the (audio)visual medium as a means of democratic and reflective expression. Highly concerned in the overlap of human, environmental and architectural dimensions, my work aims to encourage to (re)consider other ways of inhabiting tomorrow’s world.
